Redesigning Staff Help & Support
At ANZ, I was the sole designer in the employee experience division and along with a small team of 1 BA, 1 developer and myself, we redesigned the internal self service platform (built on ServiceNow). It became the first internal a11y friendly tool that improved the experience of requesting products, finding information and getting help for all the tech related issues for all 55,000 staff spread across the globe.
